Applicants should also be able to work independently and in collaboration with others. Participants must be able to commit eight to ten hours per month, on Thursday afternoons, 4:30–6:30 p.m. for meetings, and (during second semester) on selected mornings, 10 a.m.–12 noon, for tours.
LACMA high school interns will have opportunities to learn and work in the museum, explore exhibitions, take part in special projects with exhibiting artists, and provide tours to their peers and the public of an area of the collection.
