CBS News Internship (paid)
Opportunities are located in New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles for Fall 2019. The CBS News Internship Program offers exciting opportunities for college students who are currently enrolled in a 4-year university, have achieved junior status and are interested in pursuing a career in journalism or broadcasting. Placement possibilities include The Evening News, 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, CBS This Morning, CBS This Morning: Saturday, Sunday Morning, Newspath, News Radio, Talent Strategy, National Desk, CBSN, Press Office, Weekend News, News Marketing and the Investigative Unit. Assignments vary day-to-day and duties vary in each department.
Spectrum Regional Sports Fall 2019 Internship Original Programming (credit) – Located in El Segundo from September 9, 2019 to November 15, 2019. In coordination with the Original Programming team, the intern will help brainstorm, research, edit, write and assist in producing Original Programming Content. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in editing platforms, knowledge of Lakers and Dodgers teams and experience working in a college news station or similar filmmaking experience.
United Nations Refugee Agency – Project Management Intern
Division of External Relations, Director’s Office (allowance) – Located in Geneva, Switzerland, the position starts August 1, 2019, and runs for six months. Current students and recent grads are eligible to apply. The candidate must be interested in communication, partnerships and external relations work. They are looking for a dynamic intern who has affinity with humanitarian work and/or private sector partnerships, who can support the work of the Senior Advisor.
