Free Youth Entrepreneurship Program Open for Applications

For those students looking to start their own business, Los Angeles Urban League has partnered with the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) to create Biz Camp. Designed as a virtual four-week summer program, this free youth entrepreneurship summer camp includes interactive activities, guest speakers, aimed at providing students with a solid business background and actually launching their business.

Students will:

  • Hear from local business leaders
  • Learn critical thinking skills
  • Practice public speaking
  • Develop a business plan and sell actual products
  • Learn what it takes to be your own boss

Students should be between the ages of 13 – 18 and live in Los Angeles County. The camp runs through July 6 – July 30, 2021. They are accepting applications now.
