Bristol-Myers Squibb created a scholarship to assist cancer survivors who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs. Applicants must be cancer survivors, 25 years old and under, who are high school seniors, graduates, or current post-secondary undergraduates.
They should plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school for the entire upcoming academic year and need to have a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent).
Bristol-Squibb Myers will award up to 25 students $10,000. Although the awards are not renewable, students may reapply each year they meet eligibility requirements.
The scholarship is administered through Scholarship America, you will need to create an account on their site.
Deadline to apply is April 1, 2020, no later than 3:00 pm CT.
